The third generation of her family to run the William Clark Agency, Jennifer has joined the Allen team as a personal insurance account executive. Angela Torell joined our company in December 2023.

New to the insurance industry, she recently obtained her Maine property & casualty insurance license. Before joining Allen, Angela worked in a sail loft, repairing sails and making custom marine products.

Angela is a natïve of Tremont and a graduate of Baker College.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys hiking, camping and kayaking. She always makes time to attend her daughter’s events and school activities.

Ashley Rackliff joined Allen in March 2025. She works as a Client Service Associate in the Compass Group working on Cale Pickford’s team in the personal insurance division.

Her professional journey includes experience as a bank teller, hotel front desk supervisor, and store manager, giving her a well-rounded background in customer relations. She looks forward to supporting clients with personalized solutions and a proactive approach.

Ashley holds an associate degree in business administration and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the same field.

When she’s not assisting clients, Ashley enjoys reading mystery and thriller novels, cooking Mississippi Pot Roast, and spending time outdoors – especially in the spring when nature comes alive.

Kristen Baker joined our company in July 2023, bringing with her a decade of insurance experience.

Kristen holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

She is a graduate of Rockland District High School (now known as Oceanside) and the New England School of Communications.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys kayaking, spending time with family and attending her son’s school and extracurricular events. She is a library volunteer and member of the board of the Gibbs Library – the community library in Washington where she lives with her husband, son and their two cats, Skywalka and Perry Winkle.
