Mackenzie Banks is a Client Service Associate who supports financial advisors by delivering efficient, client-focused service. She plays an integral role in assisting with day-to-day client needs and ensuring a positive, seamless experience. She joined the Allen team in March 2025.
Mackenzie holds a Bachelor’s degree in business, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine, with a minor in studio art, and earned her master of business administration from the University of Maine. She is known for her attention to detail, commitment to service excellence and enthusiasm for building strong client relationships.
Mack values community and connection, both in her work and in her personal life. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She is also an artist and writer and enjoys creating art as well as writing and illustrating children’s books.

The third generation of her family to run the William Clark Agency, Jennifer has joined the Allen team as a personal insurance account executive. This transition preserves the personal service, careful attention and trusted relationships the William Clark Agency has built over more than 60 years, while expanding access to additional carriers and broader markets. Jennifer remains committed to serving clients with the same compassion, commitment and individualized care they have always expected.

Kristin Alley joined our company in March 2025. She came to Allen with 10 years’ experience as a licensed Maine insurance agent, along with administrative and client relations experience at both a medical clinic and an eldercare facility in Vinalhaven. She is a graduate of the University of Maine in Machias, where she studied business and accounting.
Kristin brings a friendly, thoughtful approach to every client conversation and enjoys the shared sense of responsibility and support that comes from collaborating with her fellow co-owners at Allen.
