Jen joined our company in 1995. She holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation. She lives in Rockland and enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends.

Insurance can be complex and Jen works with clients to handle their whole personal insurance portfolio. Jen takes pride in her attention to the details of each individual and account.
Jen holds both the Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) and the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations.
Jen lives with her family in Nobleboro. In her spare time she can be found enjoying our beautiful state by motorcycle, boat, paddle board or snowshoe.
Jane’s is one of the friendly voices you hear answering our phones every day. A native of Belfast, Jane joined our company in 2018, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in customer service at Bank of America.
Jane lives in Swanville with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her extended family.
Mike graduated from Boston College and obtained his law degree at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. His prior experience includes working for the Guardian Life Insurance Company, designing and implementing employee benefit programs and 401(k) plans for businesses throughout New England. Before joining Allen Financial in March 1998, he was a financial consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP), Boston, Mass., in its tax and financial planning division. Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional.

A resident of Rockland and a graduate of the University of Maine in Augusta, Holly joined our agency in 2007. She holds an Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in both commercial insurance and personal insurance – just one way she can ensure small business customers get the best possible service from our agency.
Outside of work, you can find Holly outdoors whenever possible and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and her miniature pincher Bean.
A Maine native, Dan is a graduate of Williams College and the University of Maine School of Law, where he was an Editor of the Maine Law Review. He practiced law with the Portland firm of Richardson & Troubh, specializing in insurance law litigation, and represented employers throughout Maine.
Since 2004, Dan has worked in the Camden office of Allen Insurance and Financial. As a group benefits broker and consultant, Dan works with close to 250 clients in Maine on their group benefits plans.
Dan is a member of the Broker Advisory Councils of Aetna, Anthem, and Harvard Pilgrim and works with the State of Maine’s Bureau of Insurance as a subject matter expert in reviewing the state's consultant exam and licensing process.
Dan is a member of the Advisory Council of the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, where he was an instructor. He coaches youth soccer and spends as much time outdoors as he can.
Dan Bookham serves as our Senior Vice President for Business Development and Commercial Lines. He holds the Accredited Adviser in Insurance designation and is a member of the International Association of Maritime & Port Executives. He serves as an advisor to the Journal of the North Atlantic & Arctic, and is certified in Risk Management for Outdoor Programs by Viristar.
Born, raised and educated in Britain, Dan moved to Maine in 1995 and has spent his working career in the Pine Tree State, living or working in Bar Harbor, Camden, Belfast and Rockland.
In the community, Dan served on multiple non-profit boards over the years, and is currently a member of the founding advisory board of the New England Ocean Cluster technology incubator and is a member of America's Edge (a nationwide organization advocating for investment in early childhood development and education). In the fall of 2021 he was officially recognized by Maine Gov. Janet Mills for his contributions to his community and the state.
Dan lives in Rockland with his wife and daughter.
Courtney Leonard joined our company in October of 2014. She grew up in Knox County and now lives in Camden with her husband and their two sons.
Chris Wilson, with Allen since 1998, has almost 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has been licensed to sell insurance in Maine since 1996 and in 2016 she earned her Maine life insurance license.
Chris lives in Warren with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and hiking and spending time with family.
Chris Richmond is an able-bodied seaman and former schooner captain. He holds a USCG 100-ton Near Coastal Masters license and AB with sail endorsement. He has captained the schooners Roseway, Appledore II, Mercantile and Mistress and was chief mate aboard the schooners New Way and Bill of Rights.
As a licensed insurance producer in Maine who joined our agency in 2011, Chris now works with his colleagues in Maine and elsewhere to help manage the risks and safety challenges he knows so well.
Chris is native of Harvard, Mass., and a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C., and The Landing School of Boat Building and Design of Arundel, Maine. Chris is a past member of the board of directors of the Maine Marine Trades Association.
In May 2022, Chris earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, one of the insurance industry’s most highly respected designations. Chris also holds both the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and the Certified Marine Insurance Professional (CMIP) designations.
