After a 25-year career in Journalism, Jill moved to the marketing side of things and has never looked back. She joined Allen Insurance and Financial full-time in 2011 after several years of freelance press release writing for the company.
Today, Jill handles our agency's marketing and advertising, community relations and philanthropy as well as internal communications. She has a hand in nearly every document or item with an Allen logo on it. She's also discovered her inner social secretary and can plan just about any event, be it a lunch & learn for 15, a company meeting for 75 or a cocktail party for 100+ aboard a tall ship.
Outside of work, you'll find Jill volunteering for United Midcoast Charities or spending time with her husband and two grown daughters.
