Mackenzie Banks is a Client Service Associate who supports financial advisors by delivering efficient, client-focused service. She plays an integral role in assisting with day-to-day client needs and ensuring a positive, seamless experience. She joined the Allen team in March 2025.
Mackenzie holds a Bachelor’s degree in business, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine, with a minor in studio art, and earned her master of business administration from the University of Maine. She is known for her attention to detail, commitment to service excellence and enthusiasm for building strong client relationships.
Mack values community and connection, both in her work and in her personal life. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She is also an artist and writer and enjoys creating art as well as writing and illustrating children’s books.
