Linda St Clair, CPCU, AAI, AIS, AINS joined Allen in 2003, bringing with her 20 years of insurance experience. Today she is one of our most experienced account managers. She and her husband live in South Thomaston. When she's not at work, you can find her traveling, camping or spending time with her six grandchildren.
Leann, a Notary Public, has worked with many of Allen's personal insurance customers since 2007. She holds the Accredited Customer Service Representative® and Certified Professional Insurance agent designations.
In 2021, she was named a Safeco® Producer of the Year in personal insurance, a honor earned by only 110 insurance professionals in the U.S.
Leann lives in Waldoboro. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Kristina Campbell, CIC, WCP, ACSR, joined our company in 2005. A resident of Friendship, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters and their dog Charley, as well as boating, hiking and traveling.
A specialist in insurance for municipalities, non-profits and technology-based businesses, Joanne enjoys the challenge of making an invisible product visible.
Joanne is well known for her local volunteer work for the City of Rockland and serves on the board of Friends of the Strand, the non-profit organization which operates the historic Strand Theatre in Rockland.
Joanne and her husband live in Rockland.
Jo-Ann joined Allen Insurance and Financial in May 2013 as an employee benefits account manager, bringing with her 10+ years of human resources and benefit administration experience.
She is a people-person, an important trait when working with clients on matters as important and detailed as health insurance. In 2016, she earned a Benefit Account Manager certification from the National Association of Health Insurance Underwriters and became appointed to work with customers on Medicare plans.
She and her husband live in Nobleboro. They have two grown daughters. Outside of work, Jo-Ann enjoys camping with her husband as well as reading, quilting and making stained glass. Among her co-workers, Jo-Ann is known for her superior baking and candy-making skills.

Jeremy Pickford is a native of Freedom, Maine, and a graduate of Bates College. He joined Allen Insurance and Financial in November 2015, returning to Maine after a career in marketing and retail which took him around the world.
Based in our Camden office, Jeremy obtained his license to sell property and casualty insurance in the state of Maine in December 2015. He earned his Accredited Adviser in Insurance designation in August 2016 and his Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation in May 2024.
After four years in our business insurance division, in May 2019 Jeremy moved to our personal insurance division to work with customers there. He and his family live in Northport.
Jen joined our company in 1995. She holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation. She lives in Rockland and enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends.
Jennifer has been building relationships with Allen personal insurance clients since 2004, helping clients implement smart solutions tailored to their needs.
Insurance can be complex and Jen works with clients to handle their whole personal insurance portfolio. Jen takes pride in her attention to the details of each individual and account.
Jen holds both the Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) and the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations.
Jen lives with her family in Nobleboro. In her spare time she can be found enjoying our beautiful state by motorcycle, boat, paddle board or snowshoe.
Jaime joined our company in 2017. She has earned both the Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the gym, gardening and cooking with friends and family. A resident of Warren, Jaime has two amazing daughters who are involved in sports and many other activities inside and outside of school.
Holly is a graduate of Ellsworth High School and the University of Maine in Presque Isle where she earned a bachelor of science in elementary education. Holly joined L.S. Robinson Co. insurance in 2008 and in 2011, when L.S. Robinson joined Allen Insurance and Financial, Holly became one of our employee owners.
Holly enjoys offering personal service to every one of her customers. "I like to think we make a difference in the day-to-day lives of the people we work with," she says. A testament to her customer service is her being named the 2016 Affiliate member of the year, as voted by the Realtors who are members of the Acadia Realtor Council.
Holly earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative in Personal Lines in 2016 and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation in 2018
