Lori Mank joined Allen in 1996. A native of Owls Head, she and her family live in Warren. Lori enjoys meeting the challenge of finding the best insurance package to meet a client's needs and cites her co-workers as an important benefit to her job. When she's not at work, chances are she's enjoying the Maine outdoors, fishing, camping or snowmobiling with her family.

A specialist in insurance for municipalities, non-profits and technology-based businesses, Joanne enjoys the challenge of making an invisible product visible.

Joanne is well known for her local volunteer work for the City of Rockland and serves on the board of Friends of the Strand, the non-profit organization which operates the historic Strand Theatre in Rockland.

Joanne and her husband live in Rockland.

Jaime joined our company in 2017. She has earned both the Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the gym, gardening and cooking with friends and family. A resident of Warren, Jaime has two amazing daughters who are involved in sports and many other activities inside and outside of school.

Heidi has nearly 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, including eight years with Allen from 2000-2008. After serving as Senior Underwriter in Risk Management Services for the Maine Municipal Association, she rejoined our company in the spring of 2015.

In addition to her education and experience in commercial insurance, Heidi has been recognized for her customer service skills, receiving an Outstanding Customer Service Representative of Maine award presented by the Governors of the Societies of Certified Insurance Counselors and Certified Insurance Service Representatives.

Deb McDonald joined Allen's business insurance division in 1995. She enjoys the detail, constant changes and challenges of working in our industry. In February 2018, she earned  an Accredited Customer Service Representative in Commercial Lines from the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. She earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in May 2022.

Outside of work, Deb enjoys volunteering in her community, especially when she can use her sewing skills or offer her enthusiasm for leading martial arts classes.
