Ines joined Allen in December 2024 as an accounts payable assistant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She plays an important role on our finance team, helping ensure timely, accurate processing and smooth day-to-day operations.

Ines appreciates the structure and consistency of her role and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with family and unwind with a good book or a favorite movie.

Rachel’s job may keep her in the background at our agency, but her work is an important part of everything we do. A native of Pittsfield and a graduate of the University of Maine, Rachel has been with our company since July 7, 2007 (the specific date  –  07/07/07  – is worth mentioning since Rachel is a numbers person).

Rachel lives in Camden with her family. Her interests outside the office include projects around the house, playing the keyboard, taking a tap dance class and watching her children play sports and do their activities.
