Brittany Morse joined our company in August 2024 as a scanning associate at our Camden office, and she’s been hitting the ground running ever since.
In February 2025, she earned her Property & Casualty insurance license and shortly thereafter was promoted to personal insurance assistant. Though new to insurance, Brittany’s background in customer service gives her a strong foundation, and she’s excited to continue learning and growing her career with us.
Her secret to staying on top of things? Staying organized!
When she’s not at work, Brittany can be found with her hands in the dirt she’s passionate about gardening, whether it’s house plants, veggies, or flowers. Her bucket list includes having an adventure in every state in the U.S.

Kirsten joined our Waterville office as a receptionist in October 2024 and was promoted to assistant in our business insurance division in October 2025.
With five years of insurance industry know-how and a background as a high school counselor, she brings a warm, welcoming energy to our team.
Kirsten strives to brighten someone’s day with a smile and a friendly greeting before directing people to the service and support they need.
Kirsten graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington and holds her Maine Property & Casualty license.
Outside of work, Kirsten loves spending time with her family, getting creative with her hands through knitting, crocheting, coloring, and painting, and whipping up baked goods – scones are her favorite!

She holds a Certified Insurance Sales Representative (CISR) designation. .Jen graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband and five Labrador Retrievers and spending time with her two children and three grandchildren.

She is an active member of Life Church in Norridgewock where she is the church secretary. Debbie likes to spend time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she likes to crochet and read.

Gaye and her husband have three grown children, six grandchildren and two cats. She has bowled on a weekly fun league for many years and bowls yearly in a regional tournament in Vermont. She and her husband are beekeepers.

Suzanne Gilbert joined our company in 2020 to help our team provide an extra level of service to our Medicare and individual health insurance clients.
Her previous work experience as a preschool teacher and buyer’s assistant at Reny’s set her up well for the level of care and detail required by her work for Allen.
“I love helping people. It’s that simple,” says Suzanne.
A native of Bremen, Suzanne lives in Damariscotta. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing home improvement or DIY projects, hiking, attending festivals & craft fairs and attending the sporting events of her three grandchildren.

Kellie Anderson joined Allen Insurance and Financial in November 2019. A native of Houlton, Kellie is a graduate of the University of Maine. She brings 15+ years of retail management and customer service experience to our company.
Kellie says she is looking forward to a long career in the insurance industry and is especially happy to be working for an employee-owned company. Kellie joined Allen in an administrative support role and in October 2025 was promoted to a processing position in our personal insurance division.
Outside of work, when she is not rooting for her son and his team at a sporting event, Kellie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She is particularly fond of water sports, including swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. And, she is a lifetime fan of the Boston Celtics.
