Ashley Rackliff joined Allen in March 2025. She works as a Client Service Associate in the Compass Group working on Cale Pickford’s team in the personal insurance division.
Her professional journey includes experience as a bank teller, hotel front desk supervisor, and store manager, giving her a well-rounded background in customer relations. She looks forward to supporting clients with personalized solutions and a proactive approach.
Ashley holds an associate degree in business administration and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the same field.
When she’s not assisting clients, Ashley enjoys reading mystery and thriller novels, cooking Mississippi Pot Roast, and spending time outdoors – especially in the spring when nature comes alive.
