I just wanted to let someone know how much help Kim Edgar recently provided with a dental claim for one of Steel Pro’s employees. Kim worked on this for over two weeks with the insurance company and the dental provider to solve a complex communications challenge involving the dental provider, the insurance company and our employee. It was a mess, but Kim got it all straightened out. She stuck to her guns on the claim and was able to get it covered! She’s awesome!
